Liontown Resources Ltd (LTR) is an ASX100 listed company with a focus on the mining and processing of battery minerals. LTR aims to be an Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) leader and a globally significant provider of battery minerals for the rapidly growing clean energy market.
LTR are embarking on a journey of exponential growth and seized the opportunity to advance the enablement of relevant business processes and system capabilities to achieve successful processing of first ore whilst also providing a technology foundation for future sustainable growth. A cornerstone of the Digital Alternative proposal was to leverage SAP best practice processes, with SAP’s proven project implementation methodology (Activate) and associated tools (e.g. SAP CALM) to enable a seamless navigation to their S/4HANA Go Live and the transition beyond.
Our services
Digital Alternative have a team of highly experienced SAP certified consultants who possess extensive industry knowledge of core business functions (e.g. Finance, Asset Management, Supply Chain and Procurement) coupled with deep SAP S/4HANA Cloud (Public) domain expertise who are delivering a fit for purpose implementation for LTR. Throughout the project, our team has continually worked closely with LTR stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts, fostering a collaborative environment that provides expert guidance with the sole aim of supporting LTR in realising their business ambitions. Whilst the project is currently in flight, the Go Live is projected to be on time and on budget.
